Ten years ago, we helped launch something truly unique on the island of Crete: Baja Beach Club, a luxurious beach club in the heart of Rethymnon, where Mediterranean sunsets, music, and cuisine meet premium-level service. From the very beginning, Nordic Event Management played a key role in this story.

As PR and marketing manager, as well as event producer, we were responsible for crafting the club’s brand experience. We didn’t want to create just another beach bar – we aimed to build a holistic luxury experience, where every detail would make guests feel like they were somewhere truly special.

We developed Baja Beach Club’s visual identity, launch campaign, social media presence, and event concepts that attracted both locals and international guests. One of our most iconic productions was an immersive beach event featuring international DJs – a party that quickly became one of the most anticipated celebrations on the island.

With carefully curated events, PR collaborations, brand partnerships, and consistent marketing, Baja Beach Club rose to become a locally and internationally recognized premium beach destination. The venue has also successfully hosted private events – from weddings and corporate gatherings to exclusive fine dining experiences at sunset.
