When wine meets experience – Winest wine tasting and premium event production

There are evenings that stay with you – when every detail falls perfectly into place: the space, the atmosphere, the food, and the people. Winest was one of those nights – a wine experience that rose above the traditional tasting. Nordic Event Management had the honor of designing and producing this unique event from start to finish. The result was a tasting that was elegant, warm, and visually refined.

Winest wasn’t just an event – it was a moment you didn’t want to leave.

The idea was to bring Georgian wine closer to people in a way that felt inspiring and experiential rather than overly formal. Winest’s wine bar had the opportunity to showcase exclusive Georgian wines in a unique setting where guests could taste, connect, and enjoy at their own pace. The venue, located in the heart of Helsinki on Unioninkatu, just steps from the Market Square, offered the perfect ambiance for a top-tier evening.

Nordic Event Management took care of everything. Together with the client, we created the event concept, curated the visual identity, coordinated the guest list, and hosted the evening. Styling, décor, and lighting were designed to let the wines shine – quite literally. Warmth was added with candlelight and natural materials, while the overall look remained modern and elegant. The evening flowed seamlessly. Background music set the rhythm, and the atmosphere grew richer as the night progressed.
